giveaway – photographer cafe

Photographer Cafe is known for its practical, stylish products that save you valuable time.  From marketing materials to card templates to album templates to an inspirational blog, Photographer Cafe is a phenomenal resource for photographers of all levels and experience.

Photographer Cafe recently introduced its BASIC Newsletter content and templates.  You instinctively know how powerful a newsletter is for  keeping in touch with your clients and attracting new clients, and you understand how important it is to keep up your marketing efforts in this very competitive industry.  However, if you’re like us, “send out newsletter” is always on your To Do list, but it somehow gets moved lower and lower down the list as other, more pressing tasks arise!  Or, you may actually take the time to sit and draft a newsletter, only to find yourself plagued by writer’s block.

Photographer Cafe is here to rescue you!  2011 is the year you will send out the gorgeous newsletters you’ve always envisioned.  Photographer Cafe makes it so simple – you can customize and send out a newsletter within a matter of minutes!  With 12 beautifully crafted mini articles, you will have enough content for a year’s worth of quarterly email campaigns.  Our content is especially designed  for lifestyle child and family photographers and allows you to effectively communicate your style, expectations, and promotions with an upbeat, yet professional voice.

One especially lucky winner will receive a free Newsletter set of his or her choice.  Choose from Retro, Curves, or Contemporary, whatever suits your style.  Getting your newsletters done is going to feel soooooo good!

  1. This year I would really like my clients to have more printed information, something they can hold in their hands. I do most of my communication through email and would love to have a “packet” I can send to potential clients.

  2. This year (next weekend)I am working a booth at a local senior graduation/prom extravaganza and hoping it will be a good way to get my name out to a bunch of the high school juniors and seniors. I tried to do a couple of newsletters last year and it took too much time (and agony trying to think of something to write about) with too little response for me to keep it up. Having something like this would be a huge weight off my shoulders!

  3. My business isn’t in photography, but I am a health coach & love using newsletters as a way to get in touch with clients & prospective clients. A couple business marketing goals I have for February are:
    -advertise on a digital reader board {check}
    -Send postcards with upcoming events
    -Fine tune my referral process
    Thanks!

  4. My business soft launched in September last year so I am sending out an email to all my clients with a special referral offer. Right now my marketing is all word-of-mouth while I portfolio build and this way hopefully I draw in some clients who appreciate my style of photography as it comes recommended. These newsletter templates would be so much more professional than an email!

  5. I plan to blog more often and link up my blog posts to my facebook page and make better use of facebook. I have been in denial – facebook is no longer just a place to hook up with old friends – it is a huge marketing opportunity too!!

  6. wow!! LOVE it! i have a collection of email addresses but have never set aside time to design a fantastic newsletter for the reasons listed in your post :-/ this year my main marketing goal is to get a new blog and blog more often. thank you, Tara & Photographer Cafe!! xo

  7. Very cool newsletter templates! One marketing effort that I definitely want to make this year is to get my name out there more. I want to be known! And it will help to have beautiful templates for newsletters. Even if I don’t win, I will probably buy these!

  8. I am working on my blog schedule. Would love to incorporate newsletters into my business but not sure where to start. :)
I love Tara Whitney and the Photographer Cafe!

  9. Tara! You are so inspiring! Thanks for the give away. We are in the process of planning our summer marketing, which includes setting up a booth at the local farmer’s market for on the spot shoots and much publicity info to hand out.
    Thanks!

  10. These look amazing. I am taking February to redo my marketing materials to target different clients. Seniors are up first and I am already in over my head! This would help a ton. :)

  11. This would be such a luxury to have already done for you!

I just updated both my website and biz cards (separate cards for separate audiences) for my “February project”!

  12. At this point my goal is to send out a newsletter to friends and family offering a photography service. I am willing to take the next step and begin a weekend warrior hobby/business. Thanks for the opportunity to win this prize.

  13. I always think I can design my marketing in a snap and I always end up wishing I could just plug and play. I am updating my business cards, donating a session to a hospital and researching branding options in February. I would love to get a jump start with this!

  14. Oh my gosh, I have been wanting to do marketing emails for a while, I have signed up with a company, have lots of people on my emailing list already, and yet have still not been able to work it all out. This is what I realy need, and it is one of the marketing things that I am making myself do this year too.
All fingers crossed, I so need this. x

  15. I plan to send out a personalized cards to all of my 2010 clients. Within the thank you card I will include a coupon that can be utilized when they refer a new customer. Nothing beats word of mouth!

  16. These are great. A marketing effort that I am currently making is REbranding and REvamping my website into a blogsite! Very excited about this transition!
