  1. LOVE IT!!! I’ve got a huge thing for polka dots, in any combo. Someone’s been shopping at Boden, lol! I’ve got that on my to-do list myself for school clothes.

I say the girl’s got good taste. Yellow and green go together. And, well, polka dots and more polka dots are perfectly splended. Some red polka dot shoes and she’d be set!!

Hey, just out of curiosity…did you get an email from me the other day about a diabetes walk. I sent out a mass email that I don’t think alot of people got because it went to spam filter! If you can let me know, that would be great…I need to resend it big time if if didn’t get through. Thanks girl.

  2. I’ve long allowed mine to dress themselves. Once, at church, a lady looked down at my daughter’s colorful shoes, which did NOT in any way match her outfit, smiled and said, “Don’t worry, she’ll grow out of that.”

I replied, “I sure hope not!” I never want her to feel like she MUST conform to fit in. I’d rather she be herself, colorful shoes and all!

  3. is there some way you could bottle up your talent and send it to georgia?? there’s really not an adjective out there to describe you so we’ll just be calling you **TARA-LICIOUS** ’round here.

thanks for inspir’n us’ns all ’round the world.

  4. I agree, we are sooooo lucky to be inspired by a little
    Tara-Liciousness everyday!!!!
I’m sure missing my little girl this morning! College starts tODaY!!! :>(

  5. LOL! TOTALLY reminds me of my kids. You don’t know HOW many times I see “christmas color combos” and mixed patterns in the mornings. I say, start creative thinking young!! WOOHOO!!!!!!!!!!!

  6. Before I had kids I used to see parents with their little ones and just think “WHAT THE @*#! – don’t they care how their kids look????” Now I have 2 daughters and I love the getting dressed thing. Seriously – we do stripes with stripes pretty much daily, and many, many combinations of floral with floral. Maybe we need more polka-dots . . .

  7. I love the polka dots! It looks so fun! Lemon meets Lime kind of theme! At least the skirt still goes to the knee. Wait until she is older and it may start getting shorter and shorter! Love the pic. Tara!

  8. Love the Polka dots. My twin girls are 3 and come out with some crazy outfits. As long as we are not going out, all is game except pants in 100 degree letter. Love the color combo too, LOL. very summery.

I am one of your biggest fans. I check your blog everyday, I am recently started to really presue photography. And I feel so renewed and inspired. I have four kids and my husband is getting ready for a year long deployment. I was hoping to ask for some insight and advice on my journey of learning and refining my photography. Thank you for sharing your inspiring talent with us. Thankyou so much. I hope to corresponde with you soon. Thankyou for taking the time to read my Comment/request!!
