emailing with danette this afternoon, who just so happens to have an appointment with me in april.

she asked me what to wear.

i responded to her with this:

i tell people to wear something they LOVE.
no more than one pattern per family. so-husband can wear a striped shirt, or one of your girls could wear a polka dot dress, etc. but only ONE person in a pattern.
no logos.
texture and cut really makes a photo. a really neat/different shirt on you. a sweater. tights.
the little details make the photos all about you guys. watch, necklace, blankie, purse, belt, scarf, hat, whatever. accessories make the pics FUN. and you dont have to wear/use them the whole shoot.
cool color combos are fun for the color shots.

and she shot back with this, so quickly that when i clicked the link, i busted up laughing. i have seen photos of this chick, and she is hot. she is also really edgy. shhhhhhh, she has tattoos! so to go from the image of her that i have in my head to this one just really busted me up.
