my mom.
and has, since she was a baby and couldnt say grandma.
she LOVES her grandmas. loves them. she loves them more than she loves me, i think sometimes. always wanting to go see them. it might have something to do with the way they spoil her rotten. and the way they love her so completely in return.
just maybe.
too sweet! my daughter also has this kind of relationship with my mom & i couldn’t be happier about it. :)

Love the photos . . . love the fact that McK calls her Mimi! When Reilly was a tot, he couldn’t say Grandpa, so my Dad ended up being Boppy. He’s been Boppy to my two kids, and now my sister’s two, as well! I love that!!

AHHH I miss your Mom! When I saw that picture my heart leapt and I missed her!! Tell her I love her to pieces still and have many fond memories of her.
Can you send me or post an address to get the jinky’s actions you use? I would love to purchase them, but can’t find the web addy when I’ve searched.
Saw your blog and just wanted to say that your photography is awesome! :) Keep it up!
i had to comment – my daughter, Makena, calls me ‘mimi’ – she is 17 months old and can say ‘mommy’ but is attached to the ‘mimi’-thing which drives my husband crazy as he can’t stop thinking of the “Drew Carey” character… i think it’s kind of cute although a little embarrasing in public when she calls it out! great captures!
