momma knows me from 2peas and contacted me for a home shoot. wonderful children. really really cool house. i felt right at home with them! we started out with the kids in their rooms and then got some family shots. some momma/daddy shots and some playing around shots. i also have wanted to try another version of my heart in the sand by using stuff you can find around the house. wanted blocks or legos-they had dominos-that works! my uncle michael gave me the idea to try the heart in new ways-he even said oreos might be cool-will have to try that one! thank you mark and lisa and you sweet kiddos for a fun afternoon.

This is such a fun group of shots. LOVE the shot of little girl holding onto mom’s legs. They all look so incredibly comfortable in front of that camera of yours,T. AMAZING color.
How do you get such nice lighting? Is it just because it’s always sunny in California? Or do you lighten up in PS after, or do you use a special flash?
