  1. Was wanting to check out your photos but l need a login password & name—any idea how to get that? Is there a website I need to go and register at?

Your photos are such an inspiration—great job taking the shots of McKenna at the mailbox—that’s one of those everyday routines that might get lost if you don’t photo-document it! A little thing that makes each child unique :)! (By the way, getting the mail is one of my 100 things I love to do—even tho it’s usually bills these days!)

  2. Loved the annaphant. I could never correct my kids either…It drove my English teacher husband crazy. One of my very most favorite things was all the extra legs they would make when making an “E”.

Loved Anna’s “outfit of choice”. Mine, too! Though now I too, settle for scrubs. (Too disturbing if I catch my reflection anywhere)

Loved the airplane timeout. I love that, too. (This also drives my neatnik husband crazy.)

    Happy day.

  3. And then there was happiness!! Thanks for bringing it back. I love the shots of the everyday!! They are just as important and beautiful as the portraits!

  4. Love seeing your beautiful every day photos again. Your kids are so nice to see and so happy and lovely. Still an inspiration to try making such beautiful photos like you. If we just had some nicer weather it is snowing outhere :)

  7. Hey Tara—just a couple of quick questions….do you have great natural light at your house for the photos you take indoors? Mine never seem to come out so colorful, not sure if it’s just bad light or a bad setting choice on my camera…? Also wondering which lense you use that you are able to just get clear focus on the face (like the one of Anna eating her donut) and the rest of the photo blurred. I would love to know what settings you use for photos like that!

Soooo glad you brought this feature back to your blog! Love it! Thanks for sharing these pieces of your life, it’s great to see you enjoying so much of the everyday. Ü

  8. Okay…I can never get enough of your amazing photographs. So this was like Christmas! Going though one by one smiling at those sweet captions and get to the fridge one (MTV). OMG! I’m sitting here all alone laughing like an idiot. You are one funny chick.

    Thanks!

  9. Gorgeous……..Thanks T for sharing your world!

My little chicklet used to say “flutterby” and “callipitter” and i was so sad the day she came home from kindy with a life cycle chart on butterflies and proudly pronounced all the captions perfectly!

Your photos are so real and candid, love them! Have you ever thought about doing online classes??? I would enrol for sure!!

    hugs

  10. Why do I feel like a stalker?? Cuz I looked back to August? I made myself stop! On Sept 6, you can really see how much Anna and Mckenna are sisters!

  11. What is the photo of the day? I have never been asked to login in, so is there a whole other realm of Tara photos I am missing out on?!? :o) What I see is a section on the left column called “trying not to miss anything” and it has 3 pics. Besides the archives and blog entries, is there a secret stash elsewhere? Thanks… Mimi
