  1. OMGosh!!!! WAhooo! I have been waiting to SEE these! You know, Kim may have said, “hey no problemo, take your time”, BUT *I* have been stalking the blog wanting to take a peek! And you NEVER disappoint Miss T! LOVE what you have done here – and ADORE the one on the front page with Sophie peeking back at you – what a riot she is! :)

  2. Ahhhhhhh!! Tara – you are the best!!! So worth the “wait”! I am sooo delighted and the girls are just flippin’ out! Even Meghan (Miss picky about her own photos) looooves them! Oh, man, can’t enough how enjoyable the time spent with you was.
    HUGS from all of us!!!

p.s. How do you get a sparkle in the eyes but not in the glasses?

  5. Tara – Been reading for a while but never left you a note – I LOVE your photographs! Every time I look at them I wish I was nearer so you could take some for my family! But its still such fun to see your wonderful photos!

  6. As a photographer I know you can take a gorgeous picture just about anywhere, but man! I would kill for your locations!!! Here in Canada it’s starting to get drab and the leaves are falling and pretty soon it’ll get too cold to take pictures outdoors. Quite a bummer when you make your living doing this… I am still planning a trip to Cali one day so that SOMEONE can take a picture of me that I love. And I know of all people Tara Whitney can! Hey, how about you come here instead???

  7. thanks you guys!

alette-as for the glasses-it completely has to do with the angle of your face in relation to where the light is coming from. we were under a tunnel, with light coming from the side-so her glasses werent affected when i had her looking up. it is also possible she had anti-glare lenses, like i have.
