the look book from autumn leaves has landed on my doorstep!

this book has some amazing people in it-people i have loved for a long time, and feel so lucky to be a part of it with them. three girlies!

being silly. having fun. i love seeing the slow destruction of this shot-i cant remember who did what to make us all start laughing like this. but i had to show the progression of the melt down.

love love LOVE this tree mural on the wall-symbolic…..

lisa and i totally hit it off-discovering we both have pretty bad mouths that we keep in check as much as possible in front of the kids was the first thing that had us laughing. and then we basically just laughed the whole shoot. she has the best laugh. and her girls are great, full of life. dad showed up a little bit late after an early surf run so we did the family shots at the end. great morning spent in oceanside.

as if they weren’t wet enough

it rained the other day, and my kids went in the backyard while it was raining and got out the hose-and we played hose limbo. i took out some of my aggressions by spraying them with the hose-they loved it-we were all laughing so hard…it was raining on us and we had the hose-they just thought it was so funny and if they knew what ironic meant they would have said how ironic!

mckenna ran in the house after about one minute-she isnt into getting sprayed with the house-she just stands there and screams-I DONT WANT TO GET WET!!!! she is much too practical to be out there for our shenanigans. plus she knew with everyone outside she could have full reign of the remote control.
