I was telling them about a funny YouTube video I had seen that day. Lucky for us we live in a day and age where you can pull anything up on your iPhone immediately. Which is what I did, and then they laughed just as hard as I had.
This was the video:
aww that is just to funny! Thank you for sharing it!
Mike pulled this video up for us a while back… We did the same!!! So funny.
that is too good!!
love the warmth of this image in every way that meaning can apply. fantastic.
My 2 year old is obsessed with this video, along with the mariachi band playing for the beluga whale and Maru the Japanese cat, she asks for them ALL day long
Wow! That video is as fascinating to me as it is funny!! I studied some linguistics in university and I’m amazed. Isn’t it incredible the way they truly seem to be communicating with each other, even though no “words” are being spoken? I find their inflections especially fascinating – you can tell when they are making a statement vs when they are asking a question. And the laugh response is so genuine too! Funny and interesting. Linguists should be studying this video!! Thanks for sharing Tara.
I haven’t watched the video yet but I LOVE the photo. Hope you’re enjoying your vacay :)
My daughter and I saw that video a few months ago. We imitate it all the time. :)
hilarious!!! absolutely hilarious. thank you.
Amazing! Totally needed to see that! :)
i am dying to know what they are saying. and i also dig the one sock.
So funny! Have you seen the videos where their conversation is translated? http://www.youtube.com/watch?feature=player_embedded&v=MssVTYMyXY8
That one cracks me up!! Too cute!
Love! These little guys must be Italian (or some other nationality like me that MUST use their hands to speak!). :) As a mommy of twins, love watching that special bond that has formed.
