about the video: jay, michel, and i are all completely overwhelmed at the response to our family FILM. im going to get all pretentious like my brother and call it a FILM not a movie. it is incredible, thank you so much for the outpouring of love and emotion. you know im all about that mushy stuff. im talking to mike about working together next year, offering his services to my own clients…what do you think?
about the blog: i am super duper duper behind on so many things i want to post about. from the summer months. my photo shoot with em and denise, my food plan (going awesome), my OPAM….im going to spend some time this weekend working on those posts and have them go up in the coming weeks. i also have loads of client work to share.
anyway, just thank you for listening to me, reading what i write, looking at what i show, and filling me up with this constant stream of goodness. its a really nice life. i read each and every comment and email, and smile and giggle sometimes over how a lot of them make me feel. i truly wish i could respond personally to each and every one EVERY DAY. you guys amaze me. thank you. :)

while watching that film of your family in the pool i found myself salivating and crying all at the same time. I WANT ONE TOO! teaming up with mike for your clients would be a no brainer i think. adding the video just makes things come alive! i will save extra pennies to book that if you get it on. many thanks for your blog–even if you feel behind. you still post goodness and i love it.

I LOVE the idea of having the option to add a FILM to a shoot with you. I’ve got “pictures with Tara” on my wish list, and having that option makes it jump even higher to the top of list. ;) Very awesome. Thanks as always for the inspiration.

Seriously, I’ve searched HIGH and LOW in my area for a photographer/videographer like you guys. My kids are going to grow up not seeing ME in any of the thousands of photos I take of the family. Thanks for showing this video. You’ve inspired me to use my video camera more (if I get brave enough to erase it’s internal memory even after I’ve burned everything).

I loved your family “film” so much, it made me cry and I don’t even know you. I showed it to my sister as if you and I were life long friends. You are very very blessed. I’m making a (homemade) cd/dvd for our 10 year anniversay that is Friday, to give to my husband, and I “borrowed” that cute Jack Johnson song that was on your film…so thanks for that great song – pretty much says it all doesn’t it.

Tara, your blog has inspired me for a very long time now. I cry often at just the sweetness that I feel just looking at your photos. Now, I know that I am just another reader of 100s (or more), but I will tell you that my life is devoted to my children. My children are more important to me than ANYTHING in this life and I feel that you “get that” too. That video moved me so and I even had my daughter on my lap to watch it. I told her that some day this will be her and her siblings, growing, playing and loving on one another for all the years to come. You have an amazingly beautiful family and I thank YOU for sharing that with us all.

Whatever you call it, it’s lovely, and you are a very lucky lady to have found the right man and made such a lovely family together. Of course, nobody deserves such good fortune more, but most of us don’t find what you have, at least not so early on in life.
