  1. LOVE, love, love your photos! Great stuff!
Quick question… What is the music used on your blog? Would love to know.
    Thanks for the inspiration!

  2. are they so dang cute, or what!?!? love the 2nd photo of him holding her in front of the rv. these shots make me want to hit the road with the hubby – what a great vacation!

  3. I love that you live where you live… I am from there… born and raised… now living in Toledo, OH… a great place to raise kids… but I always get a little homesick when I read your posts… I love Doheny State Beach… spent many nights as a teenager having bonfires.

The woman in this picture is the epitome of “natural” beauty. A dream trip truly.

    Love your work!

  4. Some people are just perfect together. These two are.
And you brought that out perfectly in your pictures.
I like your photography style – keep the creativity going. If you ever have a minute, drop me a line; I’d like to know what camera you’re using. I have been using the old CANNON AE1 and lenses since the seventies and I’m now ready to move into the the digital SLR world (I started with a PowerShot 540 two years ago, small portable but with very limited range)
Thanks, and warm wishes from a Florida gal,
    V.

  5. Oh gosh! Those are so great! I’m so excited to see the pics from the mini session now that I saw this amazing work! You are da bomb!!!!!!!! Oh, PS . . . my kiddos LOVED you! You are a kid magnet . . .no wonder you have so many kids! ;)

  6. What great pictures. I see their travel map in one of the pictures and noticed Oklahoma wasn’t colored in yet. They need to make it to Oklahoma. We’re celebrating our 100th birthday here in the state. Big celebrations going on…lots to do….especially in the summertime.

  7. It can be your dream too! Pack up your kiddos and husband and hit some states in a RV, take some pictures and right off the whole adventure. The best thing my family did was pop up camp for a month with no tv etc. we became one…real…a family. enjoy! Lisa

  8. I can’t tell you how much I just love your site. It is so simple and bright and I can’t get enough of your photos. I am always amazed at the images you capture of your children, and of other couples and families. I am hoping to become a wedding/portrait photographer and you are definitely on the top of the list of people I get inspiration from. I just got done building my first site that is documenting my journey in becoming a professional photographer and starting my own business. I know nothing about the business side of things. But luckily there are so many helpful resources online to help me along the way. I would love it if you could stop by in your free time to say hello and just offer any advice you may have. Keep posting, cause I love this site! I mentioned you on my first post of sites and blogs I love to stalk!

  9. Again – How do you do It? i am also trying to run my own studio/portrait photography business and have a shopfront.. How do book appointments around family Tara?
