making memories has a new line out called funky vintage that is a serious favorite.

they were very generous and sent me samples recently-the flowers are soooo cool.

so cut to this week. jenny weston, who works for making memories, asked me if id like to host a give-away on my blog. how could i say no?

so-this will be a giveaway of one of my favorite MM products – the Funky Vintage Fabulous Flowers. post a comment telling me what YOUR fave mm product is. one lucky winner will be chosen to win not only the funky vintage flowers, but the entire collection (a $150 prize). i will choose a winner at random at 7pm PST.

    My favorite MM product is flowers…any flowers…minis…jumbo…petals…I love them all!

    I am a card-maker, and these lovelies make any creation extrordinary!

  2. I would have to say that the alphabet stickers are my favourite – especially the glittery ones!

    On an unrelated note, Tara – you are such an inspiration. I love your work and it makes my day when I see that you have posted new pictures.

  6. I love the school themed ruled paper, the chipboard letters & of course foam stamps. I so love these Funky Vintage Fabulous Flowers. I am currently doing a 50 yrs album for my sister who turns 50 this year and they would look awesome on the pages showing the 60’s, 70’s with the funky background papers. What an awesome prize.

  9. I love anything MM, but to pick a favorite I would have to say rub-ons because when you add just the right word to a photo it can make all the difference in the world!!

  11. I love everything MM. I guess my favorite would be any letter stickers especially the tiny type alphabet.

  16. HOLY TOLEDO!!! There are alot of posts here… you are very well-read. Congrats! Okay, now for my fave: The Distressing Kit!!! I love, love, love it! It sits on my desk in a hallowed spot b/c I end up using it most of the time.

  18. Brads & eyelets — couldn’t make a card without them. Another favorite product MM no longer makes was the ribbon slides — I used a heart-shaped one with “hugs” carved into it qutie a bit

  20. Oh wow, how can I ever choose what my favorite MM product is. Is it even possible to do a page without at least one? I think I’ll have to say a good old standby like the rub on letters is a favorite, but I’m sure my list could go on and on!

  22. Well it is a tough one as all the Making Memories products rock!!
    I could not scrap without their sanding block (little things in life get me through!!!) and I just adore their Fresh Anthology range.
    I too have not seen this new stuff & I think it is adorable. Can’t wait to see it in real life!!!!! (look out credit card lol)

One of my most favorite MM products is the tool kit I purchased shortly after discovering Heidi Swapp. I reach for these tools over and over again and I love that it comes in a great tin which pops right into my bag. The other MM item I love was the little pop up square waste basket I purchased early on, too. I lost it and I don’t think they make it anymore-I was bummed.

  32. Of the new line, one of my favorites is the green gathered satin ribbon. It’s my favorite shade of green and looks gorgeous with the green and brown Ruby flocked paper.

  34. My absolute favorite MM products are the rub-ons! They have so many different styles and themes, there is something for every project! Thanks for hosting this topic, it’s great to see all the different things people are into.

  35. I love all the MM accessories and embellishments, but I have to say the things I use the most are the brads. I love all the colors, sizes, and styles. Oh, and what would I do without the toolkit?!? I use it ALL the time.

  36. My fav is the tag maker thingy…. LOVE IT!!! I make almost all of my spare paper into tags now… and I recylcle boxes to make into tags as well… very green of me!

  49. I’m a plain-jane: I love the wordfetti. I use them on everything.

    Plus, they are cheap enough so I can buy them with the change in my pockets. :)
