the “new greg” (his name is sam) was very good. they played a video from greg before the show started to talk about his disease and his decision to leave the wiggles-it was so sad! i teared up. but sam is a great replacement. mckenna was excited about sam. he is in a yellow shirt and has dark hair just like greg, so i bet a lot of the little fans didnt even notice.
drew made it into the honor orchestra-they picked four kids out of 90 or so to be in the concert. its this thursday. he is excited. so are we!
my website is almost finished. i am SO EXCITED to show it to you guys!! ill be posting more info here this week.

I’ve been checking out your site for weeks now and have been soooooooooo inspired by your work. I’m a former photog who has gotten in a rut, and your work really makes me want to go out and shoot, shoot, shoot! As I was was looking through some of your former shoots, I saw that you gave some of the technical info…really apppreciated that! One thing I didn’t see was any mention of some of the stuff you do in Photoshop. I’ve been playing with a couple shots that I wanted to get that intense color look from and haven’t quite figured it out. (Relatively new to digital…even newer to Photoshop!) Any advice is greatly appreciated!!!!! :-) Looking forward to your new website!
I just have to say, you are an amazing photographer and even more importantly an amazing mom. Because of all the time you’ve spent with them, your kids are going to grow up with the best childhood memories. Kudos to you for all that you do!

I always love your photos, Tara, but these pix of your daughter are absolutely amazing! I feel like I am right there on the beach hearing her little squeals of delight. My son was concerned that she had HIS cowboy hat. :)

Ahh, congrats to Drew! I played the violin from gradeschool through a scholarship in college, and it is such an amazing instrument. Love it. Your little Anna is too cute for words…oh, how I wish we had a beach here in the Midwest! haha. TFS – your images are as always, a complete inspiration to me.
