rob saw my work at a friends house-matt and maryann-and contacted me. he and his fiance kara just so happened to be in town during my last open date for december photographs.
their official titles are Captain Rob Robison, airforce pilot and Captain Kara Kelly, aeromedical evacuation flight nurse. they have such a sweet story. both in the airforce, they met about six months ago and fell in love. i wish them the best and will be thinking of them over the next year while they have some time apart.
they are just the most gorgeous couple-both inside and out. when the shoot was over, i begged them to let me photograph all of their babies. and they begged me to shoot their wedding. who knows-maybe i will.

DO it.. shoot their wedding.. Tara.. you would be fantastic.. as for these shots.. OMG.. they are amazing.. I absolutely love the first one..and the 5th of these those are my top fav’s but of course they are all wonderful.. I love those perfect feet prints leading you right to the couple ands the colors just pop right out.. You can see just how in love with each other they are.. I love shots like that where you can see it.. really see it like looking into their souls see it.. Thats what I love about photographing weddings…being apart of that special day watching the couple so in love.. capturing that for them, hearing all the how they met and how long they have been together stories.. I love a good love storyl…. you would be so amazing at photographing weddings too… but these shots.. are priceless… really

Tara, shoot their wedding! The pictures prove they are an amazing couple and madly in love and what an easy wedding shoot it would be. I did my first and it was incredible the couple was so relaxed and easy going. Your pics of their wedding would be amazing. They would be so fortunate to have you. I can’t imagine the depth of emotion and genuineness that you would capture.
Couldn’t choose a favorite but I laughed at the foot shot…his skis her minis…what fun! Can’t wait to see their kids her eyes… his smile… what a combination!

Totally amazing photos:) I’ve never posted here before but check out your blog most days and just wanted to let you know that your photography is what inspired me to take the leap and make a proper go of doing something similar. I’ve always loved taking pictures and have been doing natural light photography at families’ homes now since early summer. In reality I teach English part-time in a secondary school just outside Belfast N.Ireland, but I hope someday in the not too-distant future to take up my beloved camera full time. I’m sure you get about 1000 posts a day here, but if you ever find yourself with a spare 2 minutes you can check out my meagre efforts on my blog.
