Great playlist! Ok that first one is my favorite photo!! Look at that face!! Too fun :-)
So this is hilarious that I only know about two of those artists, one of them Huey Lewis, and one Ben Folds from you…
I love the pics! I see Drew is sporting some new beach gear… : )
great pics…
I had cruisin back in my napster college days burned to a cd. Still play it once in a while. :)
will have to check out some of the others. :)
lots of good stuff on your list… the whole raconteurs album is fantastic–go back into the free music tuesdays archives and get the acoustic version of steady as she goes. it’s really good, too. and arctic monkeys… on my list… ray lamontagne–have you discovered him yet? i’m sure you have… if only i had a billion dollars to spend on itunes : )
I swear, I love so many of those songs!! It’s like you were peeking into my itunes stash.
isn’t pinback fabulous? so mellow and cool. and glen phillips has done some absolutely great stuff on his own but still i miss toad the wet sprocket. fantastic list!
just love the ipod and all its capabilities! those photos are very cool, thanks for sharing!
coolness! i have to listen to these! :) thanks! i am sooo lazy about finding new music! this is great! :)
great list tara. =) my husband and i get to go see the raconteurs in September and I’m so excited. i love them. i’ll have to check out some of your other stuff too. love the photos. those expressions are priceless!
Thanks for the new tunes Tara! I’m so addicted to iTunes lately. Did you check out Gab Dixon? I’m also heavly into Sufjan Stevens and Rebeka Spektor lately…and Ray Lamontagne!
fun pictures! :)

always love new stuff to inspire me!
cool! will have to check some of these out, good recs.
i’ve been known to belt out that cruisin song at stoplights.
Freur’s Doot Doot!
Having a major 80’s moment. Do you remember Secession? Or APB?
Love me some obscure 80’s bands from the U.K.
I’m so glad there is so much love for The Raconteurs. :) Brendan Benson is one of my fave performers – he’s an amazing artist. Run & find ‘One Mississippi’ or ‘Lapalco’ – he’s pure genius. I’m so glad his musical genius was so admired by Jack White and wham! Great album together :) ‘Broken Boy Soldiers’ rawks my sawks!!!
Oh my god! It amazes me when I’m not the ONLY Pinback fan in the world. Spreading the love up here in Minneapolis. They rock!!
