When you look at it over the course of a year, it's quite a bit. And that feels really good. Such a good idea to reach out to your readers. Good luck! Maybe you should encourage everyone who donates to check with their employers to see if they do matching donations. Many of them do. And that basically doubles everything! And doesn't it feel good when your kids respond with such generosity? A year ago in March, my sister and cousin and I shaved our heads in order to raise money for childhood cancer. And after my daughter read the email I'd sent out, she walked into her room and returned with the 30 dollars that she'd been saving towards a Wii. Seriously, one of the proudest days of my life.
